Market Drayton Town 4 Quorn 2

The word's getting around. At 121, Town's attendance edged up a little again - and with good reason for, in terms of sheer entertainment, their games have got to be among the very best value-for-money fixtures fans can find in the Unibond League South.
And here's the best bonus attraction of all for the supporters - they're backing underdogs who've battled their way to sharing top dog status.
This action-packed victory extended Drayton's unbeaten run to 10 games and moved them up to third in the league.
Just to keep things interesting, they even managed to give away two goals to keep the fans interested in this one, which also featured a come-back brace from fit-again Matthew Biddle, a Premier class stunner by Paul McMullan and a strongly disputed sending off that left struggling Quorn with 10 men - and triggered uproar on their bench. Plus, of course, some cracking football from the lads again.
How's that for an afternoon's entertainment?
Biddle, given his chance to step in for Jay Lawrence on the left wing, made an immediate impact with his first successful strike on eight minutes, finishing a classic wing-to-wing move by converting Nicky Porter's cross with a low shot into the far corner of the net.
Quorn made a lively counter that made nonsense of their lowly position in the table but their equaliser, from on 16 minutes, came courtesy of Town's first defensive mix up, Gary Anslow's lax back pass giving Phil Miller the chance to nip in and catch out keeper Andrew Pryce anchored on his line.
Biddle put Town back on course with another accurate strike on 40 minutes, punishing keeper Craig Jones for palming out Porter's low cross-come-shot from the right, created by some slick interchanges with Martyn Davies.
This triggered a frantic five minutes in which referee Mr M.J.Wilkes somehow managed to inspire the anger of the crowd, the players of both teams and, most loudly, the Quorn bench.
He stepped up his already busy round of bookings by sending off full back Ruddell Peel on 45 minutes for a second, rather harsh booking.
Sensibly, Mr Wilkes stayed out of it as the Quorn bench erupted but his linesman had to spend several minutes silencing their angry outbursts
Town manager Simon Line, seated in the stand opposite serving out his generally recognised harsh 12 match touchline ban for something similar, must have watched this with a mixture of grim amusement
But by then McMullen had put Town 3-1 up with a superb, thunderous back post header after more good work down the right by Porter, this time linking with full back Jared Hodgkiss.
Quorn played some surprisingly good stuff with 10 men but their second goal, on 67 minutes, had little to do with that, as Grant Goodhead, on his own, managed to beat Pryce at the near post with what would have been a cracking striker's header.
But Drayton stepped up a gear in the closing stages and got a fourth in the 84th minute with Anslow making amends for his early blunder by driving home a fine long range shot.
